Eat, drink, dance and try to win a Harley to help FOBCAS

Have you always wanted a Harley-Davidson motorcycle? Do you like music and barbeque? What about adult beverages? What if you and your family could combine all these things and help shelter animals at the same time?

On June 17 you can.

The Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter are thrilled to have been chosen as the recipient of the Burris Construction Company's fourth annual charity event. From 5 to 11 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17, Burris Construction will host an evening of music, food and fun on their campus at 8 East Main Street in Moorestown. The event will feature:

  • barbeque
  • beer and wine
  • music by DJ
  • moon bounce
  • face painting
  • pet adoptions
  • free give-aways
  • Phillies on television

There also will be a raffle for a brand new 2014 Fat Boy from Barb's Harley-Davidson -- to make things even better, only 400 Harley raffle tickets will be sold. The winner doesn't need to be present to win this beautiful bike, which retails for about $18,500.

Tickets to the event are $50 each; your admission includes food and beverages. Children 12 and younger are admitted for free. Harley raffle tickets are $100 each. Every cent raised goes to help FOBCAS help shelter animals.

Online sales of raffle and event tickets have ended. If you don't have ticket yet, you can buy them at the door tonight. You can still make a donation to Friends of the Burlington County Animal Shelter if you can't attend the event. Hope to see you all there!
