March Matchness Campaign to help with Socks' medical expenses

Thanks to the generosity of some awesome Friends of BCAS volunteers, all donations to our group during the month of March will be matched, up to $1,300.

The requirement is that all donations must be specifically marked for the promotion. So if you mail in a check or put one in the safe, be sure to write "March Matchness" in the memo line. If you're donating cash, put it in an envelope and label it "March Matchness." If you donate through PayPal, make sure to put "March Matchness" in the notes.

The money will be used to pay for the medical care of a dog named Socks.

Sometime in March, a 5-year-old pit bull mix made a mistake that almost cost him his life. He ate a sock! The Friends of the Burlington County Animals shelter stepped in to help him and prevent him from being euthanized. Of course, we named him Socks. He had surgery on Monday, March 20 and continues to recover at the Mount Laurel Animal Hospital. We have only a few more days in our March Matchness campaign and have only raised about $600 ($1,200 total with the matching funds). We would love to raise $1,300 ($2,600 with the matching funds) to help pay for Socks' treatment. His bill is at $4,600 and climbing because of the involved surgery and feeding tube. Please help Socks by making a donation to our March Matchness campaign today! Thank you so much!!

Let's not leave any of this extra $1,300 on the table!
